Summary

It is possible to set service in a state when it exhausts the server memory.

Impact 

When client Initiator is configured to connect to non-existent target, service does not limit number of connection attempts and leaks memory on each connection attempt.
It can lead to non-functional iSCSI Target when significant amount of server memory leaked.
