Log a support case for StarWind

StarWind offers extended Annual Software Maintenance (ASM) to all our customers. StarWind also offers 30-day complimentary installation support via email and provides help throughout the installation process.

In most cases, requests will be answered within 24 hours (often within 12 hours). Annual Software Maintenance subscription owners will receive responses according to the service level policy. If your ASM subscription has expired, please contact your sales representative or submit a request to sales@starwindsoftware.com to renew your subscription.
