StarWind vHCI Appliance is a ready-to-go virtual machine and/or software that can be deployed onto your chosen server (please review our system requirements), with Microsoft Hyper-V or VMware vSphere running, to expose standard protocols like iSCSI, SMB, NFS, and others.

It is designed for hyperconverged storage scenarios with high availability.

StarWind vHCI Appliance comes with complete installation assistance service. This means you will be notified when you can start using your already configured appliance. Our engineers will require remote access and will do all the necessary steps to provide you with the ready-to-be-used appliance.

ProActive Premium Support

We offer you ProActive Premium Support as part of the offering. We will monitor the health of your infrastructure 24/7/365 and we’ll identify and troubleshoot any issues ourselves before they get critical (or even arise) and inform you what went wrong later when the issue itself was addressed.

Lead the communications with your providers

Let us serve as the single point of contact for all the issues you may have with your system, including the parts we didn’t sell you (with a limited warranty). As long as you have a valid guarantee, we will take on and lead the communications with your providers on your behalf.
