Fixes

  • Fixed the power management operations. Now, StarWind Command Center properly handles power on, off, and reset requests sent to physical nodes
  • Fixed the storage capacity widget. Now, the used storage capacity does not exceed the total storage space
  • Fixed the ISO upload issue. Now, users can upload ISOs to the Image Library

  • StarWind Command Center OS updated to Ubuntu 20.04 (the previous version was Ubuntu 16.04)

    You can now add StarWind Command Center users from the Active Directory domain

  • Integration with Veeam B&R
    Added Backup tab where you can manage and monitor backup jobs performed with Veeam Backup and Replication
  • UI-Based Update Wizard
    You can now update StarWind Command Center using a convenient UI-based wizard
  • Added Migration from Existing Hyper-V Server
    You can now connect your existing Hyper-V server to StarWind Command Center in order to move VMs from it to StarWind HCI Appliance

Fixes

  • Fixed the incorrect processing of network addresses. StarWind Command Center can now use any IP subnet.
  • Fixed the line chart widget: a blank space might have appeared after changing the time period; a gap between lines could have appeared; a line might have started from the middle of the graph.

Fixes

  • Fixed the virtual volume extension process. Virtual Volumes that are bigger than 2 TB can now be extended to a larger size.
  • Fixed the manageability of newly added cluster nodes. StarWind Command Center is now properly processing the recently added node(s) into Microsoft Failover Cluster.

Improvements

  • Improved the processing of performance metrics collected from the cluster nodes.
  • Improved UI performance.
  • Improved the “Edit VM” Wizard for Hyper-V Generation 1 virtual machines. Some parameters can now be edited “on-the-fly” without the need to reboot a VM.

New Features

  • Added support for physical server management via iDRAC 9.
