Congrats on the QDR switched setup, very similar to what I have in my lab (IS5000 switch & Connectix2 vpi) including using as a backbone for two Windows 2012 R2 servers with there JBOD mirrored two each other using StarWind. Watch out for those driver versions as well as subnet manager speed bum...
