Barcode read failed due to OML mismatch for Starwind VTL V8

Dear all,

I happen to configure Starwind V8 free version ,which has a VTL option on my WIN 2k12 r2 system and backup is unable to read the marked media due to OML issue. Has anyone tested this? The Backup product that I use is Commvault Simpana V10 Sp6.
Please report your comments or on steps on how to resolve it.

Note: I have gone through the VTL compatibility data sheet and have tested in 2k8, 2k8r2 and still yield the same result. Please note that other features in this system work well on 2k8 and 2k12 systems. I have field tested according to my requirement.

We tested against DPM, ArcServe, Backup Exec and VEEAM. Is there any case to get a remote access over your test system?

Engineers would contact you over forum published e-mail. At this point there's not much we can discuss (before Simpana would start actually work).
