Windows Server 2008 --> Cannot manage this Computer

I installed a Failover Cluster with File Services Function on Windows Server 2008. But when i try to create a Share with the Failover Cluster Management Tool i receive the following error:

"Cannot manage this computer. Computer cannot be managed because it is running an operating system which ist not supported by share and storage management. share and storage management can be used to manage Windows Server 2008 oder later."

Fcuk! I have Windows 2008 RTM on this box!

Please start with zipping and sending us (support@rocketdivision.com) log files from StarWind installation directory and screenshots.

I have exactly this message at the same point (creating a cluster share). This has worked for me before using 2 servers and a SAN. Now I am using VMWare Workstation 6.5. My config is:

VMWare WS 6.5 with 3 VMS:
1) Win 2003 with the Starwind iSCSI target configured for 2 images (Quorum & Share) using the 30-day eval version

2) 2 x Win 2008 Ent configured as DCs (I know, but mem constraints) each running the MS Initiator and Cluster Service

3) Nodes have all current patches.

4) Cluster creation and File Server creation went ok but trying to add a share gives the above error. Running a Google search this site is the only hit.

Question: Am I running out of resources/connections with the Eval version and getting a 'false' message?
