Use DFSR to replicate disk images?

Postby rbricker99 » Fri May 15, 2009 7:25 pm

Trying to figure out a way to provide a fully redundant Xenserver 5.0 environment.

Xenserver with HA talking to multipath storage was the plan.

Anyway to replicate disk images between Starwind servers? DFSR or others?

Hello,

In order to replicate the data between image files on different StarWind servers - we could recommend using Mirror (RAID-1) device as a target. The target will actually be a software mirror device that will replicate the data between two image files.

However, full redundancy HA feature is on our roadmap and is to be released quite soon.

Thanks
Rob
