'Service Unavailable' error when connecting to DiskBridge

I created a Physical Disk target with no problems, but when I try to connect to with the MS iSCSI Initiator it times out with a 'Service Unavailable' error. I looked through the Starwind log and found the errors below, which I'm sure are causing my iSCSI error. It seems to indicate that something else is using that drive or partion (5.5 TB Basic Disk, E: drive) but I can't seem to see what that is since I don't have anything else stored or accessed on that drive. Any help is very appreciated.

You share system disk, where Windows is installed. To share disks using SPTI you need to use 2nd disk. To share system disk - you should use virtual images. They provide the same performance.
