Need to power down HA

Our electricity provider just let us now that we will be without power for like 5 hours.
I know this was asked before but what is procedure to take my HA offline and back online without full sync.
Or I have to bite the bullet and wait for full resync?
Also while upgrading from 5.3 to 5.4 will my storage go offline on non HA luns?

Hello,
In order to avoid full sync you need
1. Disconnect all the HA targets from the clients
2. resynchronize (if needed)
3. Remove targets
4. Shut down the server

After the blackout you need to recreate the devices using same alias, image used and specify "do not sync virtual disks" initialization method
