Multimapped, Alternate Path Synchronous Mirrors

I am new to StarWind and StarPort. Both products I have trials for are v4.0.

In setting up a synchronous mirror, I'm assuming it is a standard 2-node, one-way/path mirror.

However, I do not see clearly how I can configure an alternate path, 2-node, synchronous mirror. If this is possible, then can I also (and how) configure a multimapped, alternate path, 2-node synchronous mirror? Thus providing the following storage network diagram:

Hi Rich,

I would create 3 mirror devices (4 image files). 2 mirrors per every Starwind server (one image per server per every mirror) and the 3rd mirror would just link to 1st and 2nd morror. Topologically that would look like a RAID 1+1:

If you would like to have mirror2 to be replicated to starwind srv2, that's also possible, but would require twice more storage on srv2.

Basically, the scenario described in the above thread will fit you. With the current version you will not be able to implement 100% "Replication" scenario as described on your drawing, however, we are working on this.
