Live HA Server RAID rebuild

I have 2 Starwind v5.6 servers with HA targets. And I need to rebuild RAIDs on both servers.
How it seems to me:

1. Server 1 RAID rebuilding (all data is lost).
2. OS and Starwind installation on Server 1.
3. Server 1 synchronization with Server 2.
4. Server 2 RAID rebuilding (all data is lost).
5. OS and Starwind installation on Server 2.
6. Server 2 synchronization with Server 1.

Is it possible?
How to do this simply, safely and transparently to client's servers?
