I've just did "quick format" my "disk bridge" connected with ESXi !

What can i do to bring back the virtual machines visible to ESXi ?

try to run vmkfstools tool from ESX, and check it`s options for recovery of VMFS. Beware that /man option has more keys that /? or /help, but not all of them are supported.
