I noticed the new release 3.5.5. I am a subscriber. How can I download the new software?

Quite simply - from public download section of our site. Uninstall old one, install new one and use your key. If your ASM did not expire you'll be able to use it again free of charge (check do you have valid ASM *BEFORE* you'll upgrade). That's all :)

I am very sorry. How do I find out if the ASM is valid?

Quite simple. If new version will reject your license - you need to purchase new ASM plan (1, 2 or 3 years). If StarWind will accept your key - you don't need to purchase anything else :)
