HA device can't see its partner

I manually connect the iSCSI from Primary Server to its HA partner. It is connected but in Starwind Mgmt, it says the partner is not ready. When I view the iSCSI session of the partner, I see the connection that I just did.

In the log, it says

2/22 11:10:02.593 15e8 HA: CMSInitiatorDevice::SendCustomControlScsiCommand: EXITing with failure, device not mounted or not opened (m_hDevice == INVALID_HANDLE_VALUE)!
2/22 11:10:02.593 15e8 HA: HA_SendCustomControlScsiCommand: EXITing with failure, pDevice->SendCustomControlScsiCommand(..) failed!

How should I correct this?

Start with clearing your log, re-producing COMPLETE sequence and sending us COMPLETE log in zipped format. Also we'd like to have logs from BOTH HA nodes and not only the one you're trying to connect from/to whatever. Thanks!
