What is the best reliable setting Fixed or Round robin ?

RoundRobin. And note, that in some case changing default value of queue can improve performance.

esxcli nmp roundrobin setconfig --device <UUID> -iops 3 (for example)

<UUID> does mean identifier such as t10.xxxx or eui.xxx?

We use eui.xxx identification method.
