DC and HA

I have two DCs in my environment (one physical and one virtual). I migrating my virtual DC to my HA SAN but I am wondering if it would be good to make the DC highly available or just create a third DC on the partner SAN?

I expect 2 DCs are enough. You've made even more when you put second DC to HA SAN.
