I downloaded your "V2V Converter" to test if it is possible to convert VDMK from VMWare ESX Server version 2.5.x direct without firts having to break the VMDK to smaller files.
It work with lots of small files, but it would take a very long time to export the big vmdk file (around 120GB in size) to smaller files.
The error with 1 large vmdk file coppied from ESX server are "Invalid Format".
