Hi,
tested with the 5.8beta the "VM Backup" feature.
1. I could only see "real Hyper-V" Server, created with the 2008R2 Hyper-V SnapIn. Virtuell Hyper-V machines created within the "Failover" SnapIn and using CSVs storage are not seen (and these kind of VMs are mostly used).
2. If I choose the "real Hyper-V" server, nothing further happens. Any additional software/agents needed?

Hi Raymond,
It was just the first beta version and sometimes there were problems with the Hyper-V agent installation.
The new Backup plug-in version will be available for download tomorrow. I'll send you the e-mail notification.
