Eagerly awaiting 5.7

Dear Anton and co,

I've signed up for your beta program and am looking forward to testing 5.7 with throttled sync and smart recovery etc, you mention in a lower post that there is a 5.7RC available, i'd love to get my hands on that but have not heard of a beta or RC being available via email.

Additionally, are you able to give any indication of when 5.7 might be generally available?

Yes, we're pretty much ready. I've replied with an e-mail.

Beginning of June. If nothing would crack during final tests.

Will we have to recreate the targets to be able to use the new features coming in v5.7?

For deduplication you'll have to re-create your targets. There's a convertion tool provided however.

Hi there, will it be possible to convert non-HA images to HA images in 5.7 when it's released? Or would we need to create a HA parallel target across both nodes and move the vm's over?

AFAIK this feature is re-scheduled to V5.8 release.
